SURFBOARD PAYMENT & DELIVERY
- All custom surfboards and surfboards purchased from stock must be paid in full before shipping
- $60 per board for box & packaging
- Customer must arrange for insured shipping by their own shipper, we will provide dimensions & weight of box after purchase
- We can arrange for surfboards to be picked up in Seal Beach, CA. Call or email for details.
NOTE: Delivering to a business address is less expensive than a residence
RETURNS FOR SURFBOARDS
- All sales are final.
SOFT GOODS RETURN POLICY
- You must first call our office (714) 318-4101 or email us for a return RMA#
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days.
- Item must be in new condition with all original tags, if item is not in new condition it will be returned to you & no credit will be given.
- We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any tax if applicable, we do NOT refund the shipping fee.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
